Although I have to go back to unpacking (time to brave the 7 year-old’s room), I wanted to take time to review Pauls Homes and their local representative, Ron Morse. The image you see here is the home we just moved into after closing a couple week back.
Before we get to the punch line (just how many bulls do Ron and Pauls Homes get?), here is our review in the form of an e-mail sent to Paul’s boss earlier today:
Kudos and Thanks to Pauls Homes and Ron
As I sit here next to my 7 year-old Augie enjoying my first weekend in Strasburg, Colorado, I am reminded that I am remiss* in not having written yet to thank Pauls Homes and especially Ron Morse. Although the move means every inch of my body aches :-), my family and I couldn’t be happier about our purchase and the town we now call home. Thank you to Pauls Homes for such quality work at a reasonable price.
When I say, “Quality,” I mean it. I’ve lived in myriad places during my half century here on earth, and the finishing work on this place is the nicest in an abode I’ve resided in.
However, the main reason I am writing is to compliment and thank Ron. From the first moment we decided on a whim, late in the afternoon on a Saturday, to see if we could check out a listing we saw in Strasburg…
To his timely responses throughout the process…
To his presence at the closing…
To running into his friendly smile again yesterday as he showed one of the not-quite-yet-finished homes near us…
Ron has been a unique combination of a genuinely nice human being and professional realtor.
He reflects tremendously well on Pauls Homes and has always gone the extra mile for us, even when we wouldn’t have known if he didn’t. (For instance, we found the house too late to adjust much in its construction, yet Ron proactively asked the painter to wait on ordering the paint so we could choose the outside color. For that matter, even that first Saturday Ron stayed late so we get a tour of the house. These are just a couple cases of many I could share.)
Thank you again to Pauls Homes and especially Ron.

*Ack! In my e-mail I had “amiss” versus “remiss” here. Ugh. 🙂
Now, based on that, how do you think we rate Ron and Pauls Homes? You got it, five out of five bulls! 🙂
Not only that, but they definitely get a Strasburg Rocks! Recommended stamp!
Finally, why not become our neighbors? Coyote Ridge is almost sold out, but Pauls Homes continues to build in this friendly, small town in the plains east of Denver. Please visit LiveInStrasburg.com to see a great way to join us in this awesome locale…
